Who doesn’t love cake? Especially when it’s delivered straight to your door on a Monday morning. When an email dropped into my inbox from Bakerdays asking if I wanted to try one of their lovely letterbox cakes - I couldn’t resist.
The idea behind the cakes, as I’m sure you can guess is that it fits right through your letterbox which means you don’t even need to be at home! Also, Bakerdays promises that the cake will stay fresh for 14 days, although I finished mine within 4 days. All of the cakes are personalised too, from birthday cakes, new baby and Christmas cakes. It was a nice touch to receive a little card, some candles, a few balloons and a lovely cake tin with it. This company really takes care of their customers. I went for a cake with my blog name on as I thought this would be the most appropriate for this post. The cake itself arrives in the cute tin and sits on a cake board. It’s super easy to take out without ruining the cake itself. I also went for the chocolate sponge, again this can be customised to your preference. In terms of taste, me and my boyfriend absolutely loved it. He couldn’t get over how nice it was (he’s not really a cake person).
