Clinique Pop Lip Colour And Primer | £16

If you didn’t already know, I am a huge lipstick, person. I strongly believe that no makeup look is not complete without a bit of lippy. Clinique have listened to their customers requirements for longevity in their lipsticks and created a lipstick and primer in one.

These butter lipsticks offer a serious pop of colour. They feel incredibly nourishing, and the texture really does melt into the skin. There are sixteen new shades which are formulated with Shea and murumuru butter to give them a balm-like consistency. The added primer ingredient helps to give a velvet finish that doesn’t feel drying on the lips.

Melon Pop - I had a £5 Debenhams voucher so thought I would treat myself to this one. This is such a dreamy shade, perfect for everyday wear.

Sweet Pop - My mum very kindly brought me this for my birthday (she knows me well). I love pink “out there” lipsticks. I tend to pair this with my Topshop lip liner in the shade Disco.

    I want to get more into lipsticks - I have two staples that I use all the time and a small Chanel pallet that kinda covers me for everything. I never know where to start but it looks like Clinique may be a good place to start!

    I have never tried any Clinique lipsticks, I have always had MAC ones. I will definitely be trying these out now though after finding out they are a lipstick and primer in one as I find my lipstick never seems to stay on for long! Melon Pop looks gorgeous!
