L’OREAL ELVIVE EXTRAORDINARY CLAY RANGE

I feel like I’ve tried everything when it comes to my hair. I’m constantly looking for a nourishing shampoo and conditioner that will keep my hair oil free for more than a day. When I found out L’Oreal was bringing out a clay range that promises 72 hours of purified roots and hydrated ends, I knew I had to try it out.

L’Oreal have combined 3 refined clays into a hair care range to break the vicious cycle of oily roots & dry ends. Starting off with the pre-shampoo hair masque, on dry hair I massaged this into the roots. I then left this on my hair for around 5 minutes before I jumped in the shower and rinsed it off. I then took the L’Oreal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Clay Re-Balancing Shampoo, lathered it up and rinsed. Then followed with the conditioner, particularly working on my ends.

This range is silicone free which I’ve always been told is the best when you suffer with an oily scalp. I’ve used these products for around 3 weeks now and I can honestly say I love them. My ends have felt less dry and I seem to be able to go an extra day without washing my hair which is a bonus when you have long hair like me.

You can get the whole range from Boots here.

Have you tried this clay range from L’Oreal?

I’ve never tried this before but L’Oreal have always been good for hair products in my experience. I’ve had the same favourite shampoo for years now and it’s the Toni & Guy shampoo for damaged hair and the same conditioner. You should give that one a go, it’s amazing!
