Continuing from my Clinique Chubby Contour post which you can read here, Clinique are launching something else in the collection and that is the Clinique Chubby In The Nude Foundation Stick* (I don’t 100% love the name!). This is launching early April and I’m so excited to share my thoughts on it!
For anyone that loves that dewy look, I highly recommend this for you. I love the formula although, I’m keen on a matte look and felt like I had to keep topping up my powder throughout the day. This is a very build’able foundation and I love the concept of having it in a stick form. I used to use Bobbi Browns Foundation Stick and this is very similar.
The Clinique Chubby In The Nude is available in a wide range of colours and it really fits in well with the other ‘Chubby Stick’ products. I find that this is perfect if you’re in a rush, it’s super easy to blend but the only downfall is that I’d be careful if you have oily skin.

The Sunday Mode
I like a dewy look but I prefer to add my own glow with a highlighter and go for more of a matte foundation underneath. I love the concept of this though, it seems to easy to use!
I am more of a matte girl so I think I’ll pass on this one. It’s a shame because I love the concept of a stick formula for foundation but all the one on the market i.e. MUFE Ultra HD Stick, Bobbi Brown, Clinique etc. seem to only come in a dewy look. Not really ideal for those of us with that pesky oily t-zone.
Well, the name’s a bit interesting! I’m a matte foundation girl all the way, the dewy look just makes me feel greasy and subconscious but this could be nice for travelling over the summer with a trusty powder to hand too!
