I feel like I’ve been loving fake tan more than ever this year. I seem to have ventured out and tried out so many more brands and I actually have a post on my favourites. I started off always using the Dove Gradual Tan, this always gave a healthy glow and left your skin feeling super moisturized. Although this is still a firm favourite, I have a couple of other fake tans that I’d like to share with you coming up to the autumnal period.
Fake Bake Flawless Darker*; This is something that I’ve been using for around a month and a half now and I find myself reaching for this one every time I go to apply my fake tan. It comes in a liquid formula with a spray lid which is super handy. On the bottle it claims that it’s streak free and that’s the main reason why I’m so obsessed with this, I use the application mitt, spray it on the areas I want to be tanned and gently apply in circular motions. The thing with this is, I think that it dries quite quickly so you do need to be quick when you’re buffing it into the skin. I don’t mind if it means I can get dressed 10 minutes after!
Loving Tan Ultra Dark Deluxe Bronzing Mousse*; If I had to recommend a tan, it would be this one. I absolutely love the colour that this gives, it really looks like you’ve been on holiday after one application. It doesn’t have that awful biscuit fake tan smell either, it smells tropical. This is a mousse and it’s super easy to apply, I apply it with the Loving Tan Mitt which you can also buy off their website. It leaves a flawless finish for around 5 days, I’d really recommend!
Cocoa Brown Face & Body Tanning Wipes; I managed to get my hands on these a few weeks ago after Sarah Ashcroft promoted them on her snapchat. I loved the sound of tanning wipes so I was sure I had to give them a go. I tried these on my face first but unfortunately they made me break out! After that, I just used them all over my body to top up my Loving Tan. They’re so easy to use and handy to have, especially if you’re planning on going away!
Have you tried any of my picks?
